Welcome to OVN Laundry Service. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including our website, mobile application, pickup and delivery offerings, and all other interactions with OVN Laundry (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By scheduling a service or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided
OVN Laundry offers laundry pickup, wash, fold, and delivery services across Bermuda.
We offer the following service options:
Pay-As-You-Go laundry service
Subscription plans (Pink Sand, Pink Diamond, Host Plan)
Add-ons such as detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, ironing, and branded laundry bags
Each load is limited to 20 pounds unless otherwise stated.

2. Account Creation & Customer Responsibility
To use our service, customers must create an account and provide accurate personal and delivery information.
Customers are responsible for:
Removing personal items from laundry (e.g., money, jewelry, pens)
Clearly labeling special instructions or fabric care needs
Ensuring laundry does not exceed the stated 20 lb limit per load
We reserve the right to separate any load over 20 lbs and charge accordingly.

3. Pickups and Deliveries
Pickup and delivery times are scheduled through our app or website. Missed pickups or deliveries due to customer unavailability may incur rescheduling fees.
We do not enter homes—items must be left in designated areas or handed off directly.

4. Damaged or Lost Items
While we handle every load with care, OVN Laundry is not liable for any damages, discoloration, shrinking, or lost items due to:
Manufacturer defects
Improper prior care
Delicate or specialty items not identified in advance
Please use privacy bags or branded OVN bags for added protection.

5. Payment & Billing
All services must be paid for in advance or at the time of scheduling. We accept payments through secure platforms such as Wix Payments, Tilopay, PayPal, and others.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled with at least 7 days’ notice before renewal.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule any order up to 2 hours before your pickup window without penalty. Refunds are only issued in cases where service was not delivered or completed due to OVN Laundry error.

8. Limitation of Liability
In the event OVN Laundry is found liable for loss or damage, our liability shall not exceed the value of the service paid for the affected load. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone due to repeated violations, misuse of our platform, non-payment, or disrespectful behavior toward staff.
